Free Shipping?
Some products may qualify for free shipping based on design complexity.

Some order over $60 may be qualify for free shipping.


Shipping cost

The cost of shipping may be vary. We may ship orders by weight, total purchase amount, and or by flat rate.


I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Please allow 1 - 3 business days of processing time for your order to ship. Customer may request a faster delivery via email. Please note that faster delivery requires additional cost which will need to be pay by the customer.  willozcreations.2020@gmail.com


Carrier

All orders will be shipped via USPS.


Order Please place your order (s) one to two weeks in advance.

Orders only ship on Business Days, which are M-F.

To ensure same day delivery orders must be place by 3pm CST.


What is the average delivery time?
Please allow 5- 8 Business days after the product has been shipped for it to be delivered. There are circumstances that are out of our control such as holidays, weather, natural disasters, etc. that may cause shipments to be postponed. For this reason, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping companies.


Will I receive a tracking number?
Tracking numbers will be available once your product is shipped. (Insurance are available for an additional fee). Please check your email frequently for details.


Returns
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns but a replacement or a refund may be requested if proof of damage due to no fault of your own is provided. If a replacement is provided the cost of shipping will be at the cost of the customer.

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally however, this may be subject to change in the future.

Download instructions for digital products.


After purchasing a digital product, you should receive an email confirmation with instructions for downloading the product. Check your inbox and spam folder to make sure you don't miss it.


Click the download link: In the email, you should see a download link for the product. Click on the link to start the download process.


Choose a download location: After clicking the download link, you may be prompted to choose a download location on your computer. Select a folder or location where you can easily find the downloaded file.


Wait for the download to complete: Depending on the size of the file and your internet speed, the download may take some time. Wait for the download to complete before attempting to open the file.


Unzip the file: If the product is a compressed file, you will need to unzip it before accessing the content. Right-click on the downloaded file and select "Extract All" to unzip the file.


Access the content: Once the file is unzipped, you should be able to access the digital product. This may include audio files, PDFs, videos, or other types of digital content.


Save the product: It is recommended that you save the digital product to a secure location on your computer, such as a dedicated folder or an external hard drive. This will ensure that you can easily access the content in the future.
